Title: Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Review and follow up on medical records, medical bills, and itemized statements .
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with gathering, reviewing, and organizing case evidence.
• Maintain accurate and complete case files.
• Help prepare files for demands, settlement, and litigation .
• Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding case-related documents and information.
• Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case management activities.
• Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous personal injury paralegal or legal support experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications .
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
