Paralegal

The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support in land-related transactions, including acquisition, titling, land use conversion, and regulatory compliance. The role assists in due diligence, documentation, coordination with government agencies, and contract preparation to ensure that all property-related processes are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field Licensure and/or Certification Required:
• With at least 2 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant or in a legal support role.
• Experience in legal research, land documentation, or property-related work in real-estate, infrastructure, or energy sectors is required
• Familiarity with land laws, titling processes, and government procedures in the Philippines is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research tools
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Has good research and documentation abilities.
• Willing to travel

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
