Paralegal

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or any related 4-year course
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Knowledge of Philippine laws, legal procedures, and court processes
• Familiarity with government agencies such as Supreme Court of the Philippines, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Department of Justice is an advantage
• Willing to work in Ayala Makati

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Drafts, reviews, and organizes contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, MOAs)
• Assists in contract management, including tracking renewals and expirations
• Ensures completeness and proper filing of all executed legal documents
• Assists lawyers in handling corporate disputes, labor cases, or regulatory issues
• Prepares and organizes case files, pleadings, and supporting documents
• Coordinates with external counsel and monitors case progress and deadlines
• Ensures safekeeping of confidential legal documents and contracts
