Paralegal

Johnson Marlowe LLP, a law firm in Athens, Georgia, seeks a paralegal to join a busy commercial practice. Johnson Marlowe represents businesses, business leaders, and business owners across Georgia, promotes the development and autonomy of its paralegals, and rewards hard work and results.

Ideal candidates will have litigation experience and be familiar with organizing, managing, and reviewing large sets of case-related documents; possess exceptional proofreading skills; enjoy writing and are comfortable formatting legal documents; have a curious mind and strong attention to detail; be self-starting; and work well with others.

Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree
• Eligible to receive notary appointment
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office programs, billing, and document-review software preferred.
• Experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, greeting guests, and projecting a professional appearance to all visitors

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,500.00 per year
