What they need

Senior Litigation Paralegal / Legal Research & Drafting Specialist

Berkeley Law | South Florida

Berkeley Law is a boutique law firm focused on civil litigation, commercial and business disputes, and family law. As a smaller, client-focused practice, we offer a professional and collaborative environment where each team member plays a meaningful role in the firm's work and success.

Unlike larger firms where responsibilities can be narrowly defined, our boutique setting provides the opportunity to work closely with the firm's attorneys on substantive legal matters and gain exposure to all phases of litigation. Our team values initiative, critical thinking, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

We believe in giving capable people the opportunity to contribute, develop their skills, and take ownership of their responsibilities. Team members have direct access to the attorneys, meaningful involvement in case preparation and strategy support, and the opportunity to build strong working relationships in a close-knit professional environment.

Competitive Compensation

Berkeley Law offers competitive compensation based on each candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated abilities. We recognize the value of exceptional legal professionals and believe that strong talent, excellent work product, initiative, and dedication deserve to be rewarded. For the right candidate, we are prepared to offer compensation that reflects the value they bring to our firm and our clients.
