Description:
- Strong knowledge of garnishment, levy, and child support processing; legal document review; regulatory compliance; account research and ownership determination; exception and risk management; audit documentation; case management; hold and remittance processing; investigative analysis; and effective communication with courts, attorneys, agencies, and internal business partners.
- Proven ability to interpret complex legal orders, meet regulatory deadlines, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while maintaining service-level expectations.
