Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join a legal team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, particularly motor vehicle accident cases, with occasional exposure to medical malpractice matters. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and supporting cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support for personal injury litigation, primarily motor vehicle accident cases.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Coordinate medical record requests, document collection, and case-related correspondence.
• Support trial preparation, settlement documentation, and other litigation needs.
• Assist with occasional medical malpractice matters as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury litigation.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident cases strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, discovery, medical records, and case management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–3:45 PM
• Work Arrangement: On-site
