Housing Disrepair Paralegal – Liverpool Salary: From £27,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Liverpool City Centre Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity Clarke Legal Specialists are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Disrepair Paralegal to join an established and growing law firm based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Housing Disrepair experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will join an experienced legal team, working on a variety of Housing Disrepair matters with opportunities to develop their knowledge and progress within the firm. Key Responsibilities - Assisting with the management and progression of Housing Disrepair claims. - Preparing legal documentation and correspondence. - Reviewing surveyor reports, medical evidence and supporting documentation. - Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties. - Supporting Fee Earners with their caseloads. - Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and deadlines are met. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records. Requirements - Previous experience working in Housing Disrepair litigation. - Good understanding of the Housing Disrepair claims process. - Strong communication and organisational skills. - Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively. - Confident using legal case management systems. - A proactive approach and willingness to develop professionally.
