Paralegal (Project-Based)

a. Drafts complaints, judicial affidavits, notices to take possession, and other urgent pleadings;

b. Reviews Deeds of Absolute Sale (DOAS), ROW Grants, contracts to Sell, ROW Nego Cards, Quitclaims, joint affidavits of barangay officials or disinterested persons, and other legal documents/instruments pertaining to the acquisition of land and land rights;

c. Drafts Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and other contracts and deeds of conveyances;

d. Drafts memoranda for Management approval, letters and other correspondence;

e. Prepares, monitors and updates the status report of expropriation cases; and

f. Legal pass on land and land rights documents and renders assistance to project team and other legal services as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Legal Management Graduate or business-related course
• Working knowledge of standard legal documents
• Experience in a legal department or law office is an advantage
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English
