Parallel Run Lead - Contract - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Parallel Run Lead to take responsibility for planning, coordinating and controlling payroll parallel-run activities through to go-live.

The successful candidate will work across payroll, HR, finance, technology and implementation teams to ensure payroll outputs reconcile successfully and readiness decisions are supported by robust evidence.

Core Functional Requirements & Experience:

Parallel Run Management

• Own the end-to-end parallel run plan.
• Coordinate all payroll cycles.
• Define entry and exit criteria.

Reconciliation & Resolution

• Define reconciliation rules and tolerances.
• Manage discrepancy investigation and resolution.
• Maintain audit trails and evidence.

Go-Live Readiness

• Support operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate cutover activities.
• Provide go-live recommendations.

Required Experience:

Essential

• Payroll parallel run leadership experience.
• Success Factors experience.
• Payroll reconciliation expertise.

Preferred Experience

• Payroll go-live experience.
• HR transformation programmes.
• Multi-supplier delivery environments.
