What they need

Premier Ambulance is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and highly professional Paramedics to join our growing team of EMS professionals. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced and stressful situations.

Competitive wages with higher starting pay available based on previous ambulance experience. Slightly lower starting pay may apply to brand-new Paramedics with less than one year of experience and to 24-hour shift assignments.

Some companies may advertise a higher hourly rate but operate under an alternate workweek arrangement and do not pay overtime until after the 10th hour in a day. Premier Ambulance pays overtime after the 8th hour worked in a day.

Premier offers 10-, 11-, and 24-hour shift assignments.

Premier provides non-emergency, 9-1-1 ambulance services and participates in regular strike team deployments.
