Parameter Operations Officer - Placement at Finance Industry

Job Description:

• Monitor and track operational performance metrics across business processes
• Handle and respond to internal and external inquiries related to operational issues (helpdesk support)
• Analyze operational data to identify issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and standard procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Prior experience in helpdesk or operational support roles is preferred
• Experience in multifinance or financial services industry is a strong advantage
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
