Paraplanner & Client Services Workflow Manager (non-client-facing)

About the role

Combine high-quality paraplanning with coordination of client service and implementation workflow. This non-client-facing role turns adviser strategies into clear, compliant advice and keeps tasks moving through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare compliant Statements of Advice, Records of Advice and supporting documents for two advisers (approximately 10 client meetings per week)
• Complete Xplan modelling, projections and scenario comparisons across retirement, superannuation, pensions, investments, cash flow, Centrelink and contribution strategies
• Translate adviser strategies into clear, accurate and client-friendly advice
• Maintain WealthSolver research and modelling where required
• Review client information, resolve gaps and document strategy or product alternatives
• Manage advice, implementation and service workflows from instruction to completion
• Allocate priorities, monitor progress and follow up outstanding actions
• Coordinate forms, authorities, supporting documents and implementation records
• Liaise with providers, platforms and insurers to resolve issues and prevent delays
• Maintain accurate Xplan records, file notes, workflow statuses and supporting evidence

About you

• Experience preparing compliant Statements of Advice and Records of Advice in Australian financial advice
• Strong Xplan skills across advice creation, data, modelling, projections and workflows
• Ability to turn adviser strategies into complete, accurate and client-friendly advice
• Knowledge of superannuation, retirement income, investments, Centrelink, insurance and cash-flow strategies
• Experience coordinating implementation or client service workflows
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks, track progress and follow through to completion
• Professional, persistent communication with providers and external parties
• Strong technical, analytical, numerical and plain-English writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, judgement and record keeping
• A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working primarily behind the scenes
