With approximately 200 ongoing advice clients, including SMSF clients, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to become a key part of their close-knit team. The business is known for its collaborative culture, client-first philosophy and commitment to achieving positive financial outcomes for every client.

Working closely with two Advisers and a supportive administration team, you will take ownership of the paraplanning function and play a critical role in delivering high-quality advice efficiently and accurately.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on annual review work and ongoing client service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Tracking ongoing client reviews
• Preparing annual ROAs and SOAs where required
• Producing WealthSolver, Risk Researcher and modelling comparisons
• Preparing paraplanning requests and advice documentation
• Managing implementation paperwork
• Supporting SMSF and wealth management clients
• Assisting with overflow administrative tasks when required

About You

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning
• Strong knowledge of ROAs and SOAs
• Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills
• Understanding of superannuation, investments and personal insurance advice
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• A collaborative, client-focused approach
