Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for the flexibility of remote working whilst continuing to develop your technical expertise within a supportive wealth management firm?

We're partnered with a growing financial planning business seeking a Paraplanner to support Financial Advisers in delivering high quality, holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.

The Role

• Draft suitability reports in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Analyse client information and prepare suitable recommendations for advisers
• Conduct research across pensions, investments and protection products
• Obtain policy information, illustrations and provider documentation
• Liaise closely with Financial Planners to ensure advice recommendations are accurate and appropriate
• Manage your own caseload and workflows efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA and compliance standards are met
• Support positive client outcomes and deliver an excellent client experience
• Work collaboratively with Advisers, Administrators and Compliance teams
• Provide mentoring and coaching support to other Paraplanners where required
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

About You

• Previous Paraplanning experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
• Diploma qualified or working towards Chartered status
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and retirement planning
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering good client outcomes
• Able to work independently whilst remaining a collaborative team player
