Paraplanner - Option for fully remote

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Paraplanner to join their financial planning team either in office or in a remote capacity. You will work closely with a team of experienced advisers, supporting the development of high-quality financial advice and contributing to strategy outcomes for clients.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare several SOA's and ROA's a week
• Support advisers with strategy development and advice preparation
• Conduct research and analysis to support client recommendations
• Ensure advice documents meet quality, compliance and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records and workflow management within Xplan
• Collaborate with advisers to deliver efficient and tailored client solutions

About you:

• 2+ years’ experience working as a Paraplanner within financial planning
• Strong understanding of financial planning strategies and advice processes
• Experienced preparing high-quality SOAs and supporting adviser teams
• Confident using Xplan or similar financial planning software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
• Looking to build a long-term career as a professional Paraplanner
