We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a boutique independent RIA based in Dana Point, CA - for a Paraplanner / Associate Advisor to join their small, close-knit team.

What you will do:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial plans and sophisticated planning analyses
• Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, trustees, and insurance professionals on complex client matters
• Support trust and estate implementation, tax planning, insurance planning, and philanthropic strategy
• Draft client communications and conduct rapid same-day follow-up after advisor meetings
• Help senior and multi-generational client families navigate life transitions with white-glove care

What they are looking for:

• 3+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience
• A genuine serving mindset and strong emotional intelligence
• Comfort in an independent RIA environment
• A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
• Local to the Dana Point / South Orange County area
• CFP in progressor completed is a strong plus
