Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paraplanner. The Paraplanner will assist financial advisors in preparing financial plans, conducting client research, analysing financial data, and developing tailored strategies to meet client goals. Responsibilities include assembling and reviewing client documentation, application forms, preparing reports, creating financial models, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Effective communication with clients and team members will also be a key aspect of this collaborative and detail-oriented role.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a Brokerage in Ireland desirable
• Experience in requesting letter of authorities, communicating with life insurance companies for key information.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills for reviewing and preparing documentation
• Willingness to learn software tools to compare and contrast financial products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications such as QFA or APA.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a remote work environment
