Paraplanning & Operations Manager

We are partnering with a growing wealth management business that is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to lead it's mid-office and back-office functions, spanning the para-planning team and the wider administrative support function.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing operations function, lead a team and play a key role in transforming how the business operates through improved processes, automation and AI-driven technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10–12 paraplanners and administrators.
• Oversee day-to-day financial planning and investment operations.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement and automation.
• Champion technology and AI adoption across the business.
• Maintain high standards of service, governance and FCA compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Operations management experience within financial services, ideally wealth management or financial planning.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of back-office systems, ideally Intelliflo iO.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving processes and embracing technology.
