Paraprofessional

Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the facilitator and classroom teachers.

• Instructional Support: Assists with carrying out lesson plans, reinforces reading/math skills, and helps students complete coursework.
• Student Supervision: Monitors students during lunch, recess, bus arrival/dismissal, and on field trips.
• Special Education/Individual Support: Implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provides one-on-one assistance
• Classroom Management: Helps maintain an orderly environment, sets up equipment, and prepares instructional materials.
• Record-Keeping: Documents student progress and performance, as directed by the teacher.
