Parcel Admin Coordinator - Kota Kemuning

• Contract Length: 12 months (can absorb to permanent)
• Position: Parcel Admin Coordinator
• Location: No. 15-G Jalan Sg Burung W32/W, Bukit Rimau, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor

Working Days/Hours

• 6 working days (1 off day)
• Rotational shift
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM/ 1 :00 PM - 9:30 PM

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM 1,850
• Fixed Allowance: RM 150
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM 500
• OT claim: Applicable
• Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and check parcels according to company's requirements.
• Reject non-compliant parcels and ensure proper parcel handling, storage, and handover.
• Reconcile parcels before pickup by First Mile or Shunting teams.
• Guide sellers on parcel drop-off procedures, cut-off times, and requirements.
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication.
• Assign and monitor daily tasks, attendance, and SOP compliance for drivers and sorters.
• Follow SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Report damaged, missing, or suspicious parcels and maintain daily records.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, sufficient manpower, and operational KPIs.

Requirement

• Can work immediately & able to work 6 days a week
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
• Willing to support the team during peak period (OT claim is applicable)

Pay: RM1,850.00 per month
