Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Parcel Force Multi Drop Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering parcels efficiently across designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate service to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in logistics or warehouse environments. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic delivery operation, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for multiple parcel deliveries across assigned routes
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring correct handling and placement
• Deliver parcels to customers’ addresses in a timely manner, adhering to scheduled routes
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly
• Follow all health and safety regulations during daily operations
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as sorting parcels or preparing deliveries when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role, preferably with commercial driving experience
• Valid driving licence suitable for van or light commercial vehicle operation (category B)
• Strong driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling parcels (up to 20kg or more)
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, organised, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Physical fitness to manage the demands of the role, including prolonged periods of standing and lifting

Pay: £125.00 per day
