Parcel Sorter Coordinator - Chow Kit

• Contract Length: 12 months (can absorb to permanent)
• Position: Parcel Admin Coordinator
• Location: Lower Ground Floor, Kompleks Kenanga Wholesale City, 2, Jalan Gelugor, Pudu 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Working Days/Hours

• 6 working days (1 off day)
• Rotational shift
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM/ 1 :00 PM - 9:30 PM

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM 1,850
• Fixed Allowance: RM 150
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM 500
• OT claim: Applicable
• Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and check parcels according to company requirements.
• Reject parcels that do not meet requirements and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Check and prepare parcels for pickup by First Mile or Shunting teams.
• Guide sellers on parcel drop-off procedures and cut-off times.
• Assist customers and provide clear communication.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff attendance and SOP compliance.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report damaged, missing, or suspicious parcels and maintain records.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, sufficient manpower, and achievement of operational KPIs.

Requirement

• Can work immediately & able to work 6 days a week
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
• Willing to support the team during peak period (OT claim is applicable)
