Parent Counsellor

Handle parent enquiries regarding admissions, academics, fees, and school facilities. Counsel and guide parents regarding the school’s programs and admission process. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents. Handle parent concerns and resolve queries professionally. Follow up with prospective parents and admission enquiries. Coordinate with teachers and the administration team. Maintain records of parent interactions and follow-ups. Support admission activities and school events when required.

Eligibility & Skills: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in parent counselling, school admissions, front office, customer service, or a similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good English communication; Kannada/Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage. Pleasant personality with good counselling and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required. Should have basic knowledge of preparing documents, maintaining records, and handling Excel sheets.

Candidates residing within 5 km of the school are preferred.

Age: Preferably below 35 years.
