Parent Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Parent Relationship Manager to manage parent communication, address concerns, and build strong relationships between parents and the school. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents.
• Address parent concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with parents to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, and school management regarding parent-related matters.
• Assist in organizing parent meetings, orientations, events, and school activities.
• Maintain records of parent interactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Communicate school policies, announcements, and important information to parents.
• Support student retention and parent engagement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on parent queries, feedback, and resolutions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Parent Relations, Customer Relations, Front Office, School Administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Pleasant personality with a patient and professional approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Prior experience in a school/educational organisation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
