We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admissions Counsellor to help prospective families through their admissions journey and contribute to our growing community.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's programs and admissions process.
• Manage the complete admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
• Conduct school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-up calls.
• Coordinate admissions assessments, orientations, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare admissions reports.
• Achieve admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams for admissions events and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling or educational sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two Saturdays off per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
