Hope House Augusta

Location: Augusta, GA Pay: $20-24/hour (based on experience and education) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Flexible hours Monday–Friday with some evening availability
Hope House is a long-term residential recovery program for women and their children in Augusta. Many of our mothers are parenting sober for the first time, often with infants and toddlers, while doing the hardest work of their lives. The Parenting Coach is the person who shows them how.
You will teach parenting groups, but most of the job happens outside the classroom: walking her through feeding and sleep routines, modeling how to respond to a meltdown without losing your own footing. You'll work closely with our clinical team, case managers, and Therapeutic Child Care staff so families get consistent support from everyone around them.
This role takes warmth and backbone in equal measure. You'll build real rapport with mothers, and you'll also be honest with them when something isn't safe or isn't working.
