Pay: $48,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience and role)

About the Role
Urban Air Adventure Park in Katy is hiring two leadership positions: General Manager and Manager. If you’ve led teams in hospitality or entertainment and want to build a high-energy, guest-first culture, we want to talk to you. You’ll lead a young, enthusiastic staff (often their first job), keep the park safe and fun, and drive results that grow revenue and control costs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, hire, train, and coach park staff and shift leads
• Build a team culture focused on exceptional guest service
• Oversee daily operations: attractions, food & beverage, entertainment, and facility safety
• Build weekly schedules and manage labor to budget
• Manage inventory, ordering, and expense control
• Run employee recognition, incentive, and training programs
• Monitor online reviews and act on guest feedback
• Develop high performers for promotion into leadership roles

General Manager adds:

• Full P&L ownership: analyze financials and build action plans to hit or beat annual budgets
• Lead and hold the management team accountable to departmental goals
• Execute local marketing strategies and build community and business partnerships
• Set the vision and operating standards for the park, working directly with the franchise owner

What You Bring

• General Manager: 3+ years of facility operations/management experience, with hospitality experience required
• Manager: 1+ year of supervisory or management experience; hospitality experience preferred
• Hospitality background such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
• Proven track record developing team members and hitting financial targets
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Positive, energetic, and professional, with the ability to motivate others
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
