Park Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the memorial park.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor park maintenance personnel and daily work assignments.
• Ensure the cleanliness, landscaping, lawn maintenance, and overall appearance of the park are properly maintained.
• Assign specific tasks and timelines to maintenance staff and monitor their completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of the park and report maintenance concerns, damages, or areas requiring attention.
• Coordinate and monitor repair, landscaping, and other maintenance activities.
• Ensure that park facilities, equipment, tools, and supplies are properly used and maintained.
• Monitor attendance, work performance, and compliance of assigned personnel with company policies.
• Assist in accommodating clients and addressing concerns related to park operations when needed.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on completed tasks, maintenance activities, and other park-related concerns.
• Coordinate with management regarding urgent maintenance issues, manpower needs, and operational concerns.

About you

• Previous experience in park supervision, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate maintenance personnel effectively.
• Responsible, trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work outdoors and handle various operational and maintenance concerns.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary.
