Park Team Member

Are you outgoing, energetic, hardworking, and love working with people? River City Jump is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Take customer orders and operate cash registers.
• Keep the kitchen, dining areas, and trampoline park clean and organized.
• Supervise children in the trampoline park and make sure everyone is following the rules.
• Enforce all trampoline park safety rules to help prevent injuries.
• Politely correct unsafe behavior and report concerns to management.
• Monitor trampoline areas and make sure guests are playing safely.
• Clean and sanitize trampolines, tables, equipment, and common areas.
• Assist with birthday parties and special events.
• Restock food, drinks, and supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Stay busy and complete assigned duties throughout every shift.
• Work as a team to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to people.
• Confident enforcing rules with children and guests.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willing to clean and help wherever needed.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right people!

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
