Parking Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

To support the smooth and efficient operation of the terminal by coordinating daily bus and passenger movements, monitoring operational activities, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service to passengers, bus operators, and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily operation and coordination of terminal activities to ensure smooth and efficient passenger and bus movements.
• Monitor bus arrivals, departures, schedules, route compliance, and operational activities within the terminal.
• Provide assistance and guidance to passengers, bus operators, drivers, and stakeholders regarding terminal services, facilities, and operational matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams, operators, and relevant authorities to resolve operational issues, service disruptions, and customer complaints.
• Ensure buses and passengers are directed to designated bays, lanes, and operational areas in accordance with terminal procedures.
• Monitor terminal facilities, equipment, and operational areas, and report incidents, defects, safety hazards, or non-compliance issues promptly.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports related to daily terminal activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, traffic regulations, safety standards, and ISO requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
• Experience in terminal operations, transportation, logistics, customer service, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic report preparation is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
