Parking Attendant

• High School, Senior High School, or College Undergraduate/Graduate
• With or without work experience
• Honest and trustworthy
• Hardworking and physically fit
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Patient and respectful in dealing with motorists and the public
• Can count and handle cash accurately
• Willing to work outdoors and on shifting schedules
• Willing to learn and follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a street parking collector, cashier, sales associate, or customer service staff is an advantage
• Familiar with the local area and street parking operations
• Basic negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Can use a smartphone or handheld device for operational reporting

Job Responsibilities

• Collect authorized parking fees and issue official tickets
• Remit collections accurately and on time
• Submit daily collection and operational reports
• Assist motorists in parking safely and efficiently
• Maintain an organized and orderly parking area
• Provide excellent customer service
• Achieve assigned daily collection targets
