Parking Engineer

The Parking Engineer – City Operations is responsible for planning, designing, evaluating, and optimizing parking infrastructure and mobility systems across community zones, public spaces, and city-managed facilities. The role ensures safe circulation, efficient traffic flow, compliance with regulations, and high‑quality user experience for residents, visitors, and service vehicles.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in parking design, transportation planning, or mobility engineering.
• Strong knowledge of parking layout design, traffic analysis, and parking technology systems.
• Experience in city operations, community management, or large‑scale mixed‑use developments preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, traffic simulation tools, and parking design software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ﷼40,000.00 per month
