PARKING OPERATIONS FIELD SUPERVISOR

• Male or Female
• Familiar with city streets, traffic routes, and local communities
• College Graduate of any course (College Undergraduate with leadership potential is welcome to apply)
• With or without supervisory experience
• Experience in transportation, logistics, security, retail, field operations, or parking management is an advantage
• Former Taxi, Grab, Move It, Angkas, delivery riders, or transport operators are encouraged to apply
• Can ride a motorcycle (with a valid driver's license is an advantage)
• Can use smartphones and basic mobile applications
• Physically fit and willing to perform field and office work
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Parking Attendants within assigned areas
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor daily collections, remittances, attendance, and productivity
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and field coaching
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly operational reports
• Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and service quality
