What they need
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Parking Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide vehicles to available parking spaces.
* Issue parking tickets and assist customers with payment procedures.
* Monitor the parking area to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow.
* Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries.
* Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility.
* Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in parking operations or customer service is an advantage.
* Good communication skills in English .
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
* Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
