Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and reliable Parking Security personnel to enhance our customer experience by providing top-notch service while ensuring the safety of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating an unparalleled customer experience starting from the moment they enter the parking lot. This role requires strong observational and communication skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Be Happy!
• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Develop rapport with new and established customers
• Monitor premises during events to ensure safety and security of guests and property
• Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries in a courteous manner
• Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies to management promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior security experience preferred
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Valid NYS Security License required
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high-traffic environments

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for long periods (95 to 100% of the time)
• Sweeping and changing signage when needed
