Job Description

The Elite Health Club is looking for a passionate, energetic, and skilled Parkour Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and structured parkour training sessions for children and young athletes, helping them develop their movement skills, physical fitness, confidence, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct parkour classes for children and juniors of different ages and skill levels.
• Teach fundamental and advanced parkour techniques, including jumping, landing, vaulting, climbing, balancing, and obstacle navigation.
• Develop structured training programs suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.
• Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely and follow proper risk management procedures.
• Supervise participants and maintain a safe training environment at all times.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Prepare athletes for parkour competitions, assessments, and sporting events where required.
• Keep training areas and equipment organized and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Communicate professionally with parents, members, and other team members regarding students' progress and class requirements.
• Maintain attendance records and follow the club's scheduling, booking, and operational procedures.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship among participants.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parkour Instructor, Parkour Coach, Gymnastics Coach, or in a related sports coaching role.
• Strong practical knowledge of parkour techniques, movement fundamentals, and obstacle training.
• Experience working with children and young athletes.
• Ability to plan and deliver structured training sessions for different ages and ability levels.
• Good communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of sports safety, injury prevention, and appropriate spotting techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Relevant coaching certifications or sports qualifications are preferred.
• Energetic, responsible, patient, and passionate about athlete development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to the class schedule.
