We’re looking for a Part 2 Architect (min. 4 years’ experience) to join our Penang team and work on large-scale, stylized high-rise residential and mixed-use developments - including the largest shopping mall in Northern Malaysia and an iconic hotel & office tower.

🔥 What You'll Be Working On

• Stylized high-rise residential & mixed-use developments
• A mega-scale retail mall (largest in the Northern region)
• An iconic tower combining hotel & office programs
• From concept design to construction
• Collaborating closely with senior architects, consultants & project teams

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

• Part 2 Architect with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
• Strong design sensibility and concept-driven thinking
• Experience in high-rise / mixed-use projects (a big plus)
• Proficient in Revit / AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe Suite
• Able to translate bold ideas into buildable architecture
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio
