Scaffolding Responsibilities

• Assist with the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Follow scaffold designs, method statements and risk assessments.
• Assist scaffolders with the installation of tube and fitting scaffolds, system scaffolds, edge protection, loading bays and temporary roof systems.
• Handle scaffolding components safely and efficiently
• Ensure all scaffolding works are completed in accordance with TG20, SG4 and company procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Labouring Responsibilities

• Load and unload scaffolding materials from vehicles.
• Assist with the movement and organisation of materials on site.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards within work areas
• Prepare scaffolding materials and equipment for use

Requirements: Qualifications:

• Valid CISRS Part 2 ticket

Skills & Experience:

• Previous scaffolding experience (minimum 6 months
• Strong understanding of safe scaffolding practices
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Team player with good communication and time management skills

Desirable:

• part 2 CISRS Card (for future progression)
• First Aid, Manual Handling, or Working at Heights certificates
• Full UK driving licence (if applicable)
