Part Assistant (ProAuto_Kinrara)

• Manage parts inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure all parts issued for internal use are properly recorded and billed to the relevant service repair orders.
• Arrange and organize stock neatly to ensure easy access and proper storage.
• Perform daily stock counts and assist with regular stock take activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Record and report any stock discrepancies to the Head of Department (HOD).
• Perform basic computer tasks using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure tools, equipment, and storage areas are well organized.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow company rules, regulations, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, SKM, Diploma in Automotive, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Salary will be based on qualifications and relevant working experience.
• A good team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Must have own transport and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage stock accurately.
• Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
