Part- Qualified Accounts Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Qualified Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.

Duties

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of accounting records using various accounting software platforms such as Sage.
• Support accounts payable processes.
• Help prepare financial reports and statements by gathering relevant data and ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate with team members.
• Maintain organised records for audit purposes and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed part of a recognised accounting qualification.
• Proven experience with accounting software such as Sage.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
