Part Sales Executive

• Developing new Part sale business by managing existing customers and sourcing for new potential customer.
• Cost analysis and price negotiation
• List and price out parts on new order and repair orders.
• Provide parts quotation to customers
• Processing of parts purchase orders from customers
• Market intelligence gathering and analysing information about the competitors.
• Relationship management of key customer accounts
• Monitor shipment arrival status of customers' orders, invoicing and scheduling of goods collection /shipment
• Liaise with operation team for parts delivery.
• Monitoring of payment receivable from customers
• Handling customers’ queries pertaining to parts sales and services of heavy industrial equipment e.g. excavator, drilling rig, crane, forklift truck & etc.
• Management of damaged and shortage goods claim by customers
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in heavy equipment or related industry
• Minimum Diploma and above
• Self-initiated and self-motivated
• Good inter-personal skills and can work independently
• Good analytical skills, mature and professional attitude
