Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cannabis Advisor to join our team. As a Cannabis Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and informative experience. Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
• Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of various cannabis products - Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain knowledge of current regulations and compliance requirements
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with inventory
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and age verification procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers
  - Open schedule flexibility
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in electronics sales or similar field is an advantage
• Cash handling experience with basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proficient in phone etiquette and time management
