The Role

As a Part-Time 1st Shift (8:30am - 3:30pm) Receptionist at Bella Lei Salon Spa, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients. You will manage front desk operations, assist with scheduling appointments, and ensure that our clients feel valued and cared for. Your contributions will help maintain the high standards of service that our salon is known for.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about our services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using email, internet and scheduling tools.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
