Part Time 2nd Shift Custodian

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Restock supplies as needed
• Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and building occupants
