Part-time Accountant

We are a Saudi company in the tourism, events, and travel services sector, looking for a detail-oriented Part-time Accountant to work remotely and manage our account statements, financial reports, and quarterly tax filings using Zoho Books.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our accounting system on Zoho Books

Prepare and review account statements for customers, suppliers, and banks

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns with ZATCA and ensure compliance with e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements

Prepare quarterly income and revenue reports

Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, and payables

Review and record journal entries and invoices

Support the annual Zakat and income tax filing

Keep financial and tax records organized and audit-ready

Advise management on tax deadlines and financial matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

2+ years of accounting experience, including VAT filing in Saudi Arabia

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (required)

Strong skills in preparing account statements and financial reports

Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and ZATCA regulations

Proficiency in Excel

SOCPA certification is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Arabic and English communication skills
