Part Time Accounting Clerk (1-2 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full set of financial accounts and preparing reports with minimal supervision
• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/ receivable, journal entries, vouchers, and filing
• Handle treasury functions such as bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with accountants or auditors to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records
• Manage taxation matters, including tax filing and compliance
• Coordinate with internal parties on accounting issues
• Execute general daily accounting duties
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Preferred experience in online retail industry
• Proficient in managing financial records and documents for US/HK companies
• Familiarity with HK tax regulations and filing procedures
• Team player with attention to detail, ability to meet deadline and work independently
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Proficiency in accounting software and office tools
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
