Part-time Accounting Office Clerk

Work Experience in Quickbooks an or a degree in the accounting backround.

Job Duties will include the following but not limited to:

Account Payables

Account Receivables

Weekly Payroll

Reconciling Accounts

Creating Invoicing and Quotes

Profit and Loss Statement

Monitoring Buisness Correspondence

Managing Social Media Accounts

Mantaining Employee Records

Anwering and returning phone calls

Self Motivated an able to work by yourself

Good Organization and Communication Skills

Overall utilizing core skills in accounting principles, bookkeeping. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports as needed.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
