PART-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY: TALLY DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT

(For Commerce & Finance Students OR retired person)

Position: Part-Time Accounts Assistant (Tally Entry)

Location: Work from our Home office- sector 128 Noida

Timing: Flexible (Approx. 40-50 hours per month)

Stipend: Mutually agreed based on working hours and qualification negotiable around Rs. 6000 +/- p.m.

Overview

Applications are invited from detail-oriented commerce and finance students (B. Com / M. Com) for a part-time entry-level accounting role. The selected candidate will work directly under the guidance of Mr. C. P. Jain (Chartered Accountant & Retired Government Servant) to enter his family financial transactions and maintain ledgers in Tally.

This is a straightforward bookkeeping/ office assistance role ideal for students looking to gain practical hands-on experience in Tally software and ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

* Passing routine accounting entries (Bank, Cash, and Investment ledgers) in Tally.

* Maintaining systematically organized financial records and vouchers.

Requirements

* Working knowledge of ACCOUNTS (knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally. ERP 9 will be preferred but not essential and that Can be trained by our CA)

* Clear understanding of basic accounting entries and ledger posting.

* Basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy.

* Honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
