Part-Time Admin & Content Coordinator

Bonito Beauty Bar is looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Part-Time Admin & Content Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

* Assist with front desk and administrative tasks

* Communicate with clients and coordinate appointments

* Create and organize social media content

* Take photos and videos of treatments and results

* Edit short-form videos and Reels

* Assist with posting and managing Instagram content

* Support day-to-day clinic operations

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is required

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Organized, responsible, and professional

* Confident using social media, especially Instagram

* Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools

* Experience with Jane App is an asset

* Experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry is an asset

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON | In Person
